Our Madrid range of blackout roller blinds look sleek and modern, and are highly functional with excellent light control, complete privacy and heat regulation. Available in a wide range of colours, all made using high quality fabric to ensure 100% blackout. Complete with all the fittings, this product is easy to install and includes a child safety device. These blinds are ideal for any room, and all blinds are made to measure to ensure they fit any window perfectly.

• Made from durable, high-quality PVC fabric, this blind is waterproof and flame retardant, making it suitable for kitchens, bathrooms, and everyday use while maintaining a clean, premium look.

• Fully customisable to ensure it fits any window perfectly. Maximum width 3000mm, maximum drop 4200mm. Please provide your exact measurements and we will make the necessary deductions to allow for brackets and fittings. (Please note: the fabric will be approximately 35mm narrower than the overall blind size).

• Suitable for fitting both inside and outside the window recess. For outside fitting, we recommend adding approximately 50mm to the width for improved light coverage.

• All blinds come with a right-sided control chain as standard. If you require the controls on the left-hand side, please contact us after placing your order.

• Complete with brackets, screws, chain, and a fitting guide for straightforward installation. A child safety device is included with every blind for added peace of mind.

• Manufactured using a strong, rust-free aluminium tube (32mm diameter, or 40mm for larger blinds) to ensure durability and smooth operation.

• Easy to maintain - simply wipe clean with a damp cloth.

Free Delivery: We offer free delivery on all orders over £10.

Dispatch Time: Estimated dispatch times are provided on each product's landing page. Please note that a dispatch time of 7 days refers to 7 working days from the moment your payment clears into our bank account (typically within 24 hours).

Peak Season Delays: Dispatch times may vary during busy periods such as bank holidays and the Christmas season. A more precise dispatch date will be available via your order tracking account once your order has been placed.

Returns Policy: Returns are accepted for non-custom-made items only. Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the item. Once approved, you have 14 working days to return the item.

Delivery Surcharges: Additional charges may apply for deliveries to certain locations, such as the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, and the Channel Islands. We will notify you of any extra costs from the courier after the order is placed. You will have the option to cancel the order if you do not wish to proceed with the additional charges.

Delivery Address: Delivery will be made to the address you specify during checkout. For deliveries to areas requiring a surcharge, production will begin only after your order is accepted and any additional charges have been paid.
Delivery Limitations: We currently deliver only within mainland UK.

Courier Service: Deliveries are handled by our chosen courier service. While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, we are not liable for any delays beyond our control. Our couriers will attempt delivery up to three times. If unsuccessful, the goods will be returned to us, and we will contact you to rearrange delivery. Additional charges may apply for redelivery if the courier incurs a return fee.

Installation Advice: Please do not schedule a fitter until your order has been delivered, inspected for defects, and confirmed complete.

Returns: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our returns policy carefully before arranging a return.

Eligibility for Returns

All standard (non–custom made) items may be returned within 30 days of receipt.

Custom-made or made-to-measure items are non-returnable, unless faulty.

You must notify us within 30 days of receiving your item if you wish to return it.

Returns requested after this period cannot be accepted.

Condition of Returned Items

Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if items are returned in an unsuitable condition.

How to Return an Item

Items must be sent with valid tracking.

We cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
